With an SCA score of 83.5, this delicious coffee will soon become your favorite! Every coffee cherry was harvested with love and care, at the perfect moment of ripeness! it was then depulped and fermented for 24 hours to reduce acidity and increase the flavor profile. All of the coffee was roasted a little past medium and packed into high quality bags with degassing valves, which means this coffee has the freshest flavor and aroma that you can get, and if left alone in the sealed package, will maintain its freshness for the next 10 years!
